It is one of the most crash prone things. You should not use it. But, unfortunately you cannot uninstall or disable it, because it is ....
Code:
Intel(R) Mobile Express Chipset SATA RAID Controller
If you disable it now, windows will refuse to boot. Windows can boot only on the storage controller on which it actually installed.

The only thing that you can do is to boot into the BIOS. Disable RAID. Disable intel rapid storage / intel smart response. Set the storage controller to AHCI mode.
Then perform a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
For now i have uninstalled the Intel rapid storage technology shortcut and storage control panel (didn't disabled the driver)

Is there any other way to solve this problem cause i don't want to reinstall the windows again, i have too many files programs that took me day's to download & install (you know the feeling )

You cannot uninstall it. It will not be uninstalled as far as the RAID mode is active.

I know it can't be uninstalled, but when updating the RAID driver it did gave me a RAID storage panel and i uninstalled that.

Other than disabling RAID, IRST etc, enabling AHCI and performing a clean install?

Unfortunately no.

Because, IRST will continue to fail, today or tomorrow. And as far as RAID is present, it will not be uninstalled. And, if RAID is disabled, windows will refuse to boot.

If you do that, do you have to go to bios and change around or it will get fixed auto

The BIOS change is to be done by the user, manually.
