    Random BSOD at different times

This isn't actually my computer so I can't give any more details on what is happenig when the copmputer BSOD.

I am having trouble getting the minidump files though, no matter how many time I choose the minidump button it won't copy them. Also I have looked where they should normally copy to after the BSOD but they are not there. Included is the files from both diagnostics tools hosted here.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, guys.

Thanks in advance for your help.

The zips you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Follow it: Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.

I explained in my post that I have been unable to get the dumps, I haven't run any cleaning tools and I have all the settings for it to dump the files. I am unable to find them where they would be stored. Any ideas?

Debugging a BSOD without knowing the specific things are all guessworks, and the other files does not add anything without the crash dumps. With a crash dump, those files are highly helpful.

Can you take a camera snap of the BSOD screen and let us see it? The bugcheck code and the parameters might give some idea about the issue.

You are somehow lucky here. Your issue is determined even without seeing the crash dumps.

If there are simultaneous stop 0xF4 and stop 0x7A, it is nothing but a storage environment related issue.

At the same time, you are sort of unlucky that you have a RAID setup running.

Initially, you try to check for any possible firmware updates for your SSD, which is OWC Mercury Electra 6G. I am not very aware of this one, but this page may be helpful for you: OWC Mercury SSD Firmware Updater For Windows or Intel Macs Running Windows

At the same time, post a screenshot of both the SSD and HDD using CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World
