Windows 7: BSOD at idle

From the last dump...
This was probably caused by the following module: lsnfd.sys (lsnfd+0x2C35)
Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFF80003A6E49A, 0xFFFFF8800E6FF0A0, 0x0)
Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

I found some search references to malware. It's worth a try.

I was able to delete that file OK. It's kaput! My wife like to d/l stuff without asking what it is.

Not bad, but she has adult kids who can't function on their own. They don't like to work.

Anyhoo, the BSODs have not returned since setting the CPU back to stock in a few hours now.

Leave the CPU clocking that way for a day or two. If you are still dump free, then she will never know how you fixed the problem.
