And things were going so well the past couple of days :/
Once again, not sure what the trigger was. I was just surfing the web after playing some Dark Souls

Ugh, this sucks. 4 or 5 today. Is that enough info, or is continually posting the dump files helpful?

Three things apparently contributing to the bsods.

AVG IDS Application Activity Monitor Driver
Code:
fffff880`0789c8d8 fffff880`04225f81Unable to load image avgidsdrivera.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for avgidsdrivera.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for avgidsdrivera.sys
 avgidsdrivera+0x25f81
Uninstall AVG using AVG Remover. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I217-V driver.
Code:
fffff880`0789d328 fffff880`04c62ae5Unable to load image e1d62x64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for e1d62x64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for e1d62x64.sys
 e1d62x64+0x2ae5
It is failing either being induced by AVG or by itself. Whatever, download and install Network Adapter Driver for Windows 7.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 display driver.
Code:
fffff880`0789ced0 fffff880`0f0de777Unable to load image nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
 nvlddmkm+0xc7777
And unfortunately I dont know any driver version that works good with GTX 700 series. You may try the drivers on a trial and error basis:
  • 320.49 WHQL
  • 327.23 WHQL
  • 331.58 WHWL
  • 331.65 WHQL
  • 331.82 WHQL
  • 332.21 WHQL
  • ..... and any later version ....
Get them from Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

Do a clean install on all of them. Uninstall the previously installed driver first.
Uninstall All nvidia items in Control Panel > Programs and features
    • 3D Vision Control Driver
    • 3D Vision Driver
    • Graphics Driver
    • HD Audio Driver
    • PhysX
    • nvidia Update
    • GeForce Experience
(Are you using nvidia chipset drivers? If so, dont uninstall anything other than those are listed).
  • Now follow Drivers - Clean Left over Files after Uninstalling
  • Download the target WHQL. While installing, Select Custom (Advanced) install. In the next page, follow this settings:

Lengthy process, but the only stable version of nvidia is 314.22 lately, which does not support 700 series GPU.

Plus ... do some hardware tests like ....

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Let us know the results.

Display driver failure continues.

See post #14 again, see what it said about the display driver.

And hope any one of the drivers will make the situation stable.

Had I been in your place, I would not have expected any miracle.

Dang, what a pain. Is this a pretty common problem for people with 700 series GPU's? Is Nvidia acknowledging/working on it?

Also, is it going to hurt any of my hardware? I've been worried that something will get bricked after a blue screen. Is that not an issue with it being a software issue?

Once again, thanks for the time you've put into this. I guess I'll just slowly make my way backwards through the drivers.

I think I've followed all the BSOD posting instructions. BSOD happened the first time after I finished downloading GW2 for the free trial weekend. I've tried system restore twice and it worked for a day, then back to the same thing. I have no idea what I'm doing. Thank you in advance for any help!
