Please help multiple BSOD

Recently I updated my PC to
E3-1230 V3
MSI Z87 G45 Gaming
Kinston DDR3 1600 8G*4
MSI HD7950
Intel SSD 520 480G
SEASONIC 450W

And I am using windows 7 64bit and already update all drivers to the latest version by using DriverDenius

My PC randomly restart from time to time. I check recent windows event log found this log with eventID 41 and bugcheck code 3B.

Pls help find out what is wrong. Thx

Daniel mate those driver finders arein my mind a load of crap nothing beats downloading form the manufacturers sitenot even the Windows feature.

See this http://www.msi.com/service/download/
See the board site too for drivers I wouldn't touch the BIOS though MSI Global Z87-G45 GAMING

By the way the PSU seems a little on the small side at 430W if you are gaming or overclocking - but I stand to be corrected.
