0x000000d1 and 0x0000001e even when idle

I'm getting both of these errors constantly. Everything used to work with my old Asus z77 MB and I'm on my second MSI z87 G 45 since I returned the first one thinking that it was bad. Now I'm thinking it's the CPU since everything else worked fine on my Asus z77.

As for the PSU, I have an Antec 850w.
My RAM is in XMP and the command rate is 2T.
I ran memtest overnight and it found no errors (after 4 passes).

I have Win 8.1 x64. I know this is probably not the right forum but I browse this forum all the time and you guys seem so knowledgeable and responsive I figured I might as well give it a try.

Uninstall the current NVidia drivers completely. Reboot, then run Windows Update and check the optional updates to let Windows install the latest Microsoft certified video drivers.

Run MemTest86+ for a minimum of 8 passes - 4 passes is not sufficient to test the RAM thoroughly.

Did the thing with the NVidia drivers.
Will run memtest for longer and see what happens.
