Intermittent Driver Power State Failure event id 41 in Firefox

I have had this 4 time, three within the last week.
Dell diagnostics have run with no errors in hardware, ram, or hard drive.
No excessive or unusual temperatures noted in I8kfangui.
    Running updated W7pro
Is there anything obvious from my attached zip file?

Please let me know what else I can provide.

    Hi hankbates.

The BSOD is caused by Conexant HDA D110 MDC V.92 Modem driver.
    Code:

And the driver is extremely old.

Thanks very much for your reply, which I think will solve my problem.
Just before the first crash occurred, I was very proud of myself in figuring out how to send faxes from the computer, and of course, the fax I sent used the modem for the first time.

I followed the link to conexant, who referred me to Dell for the driver.
The driver in place was dated 2005 so I downloaded a Vista driver dated 2007 and installed it. Dell doesn't support Windows 7 on this machine, even though it is quite capable.

I will let you know how this turns out, give me a couple of weeks.
If it bluescreens again I will need to look for a W7 driver for a later Dell laptop using a similar modem.

Incidentally, I tried drivermax which identified the existing driver as having been superseded, but the driver download it selected failed in downloading. Dell's offering was the place to start anyway.
    Thanks again!
