    Code:
    BugCheck FE, {8, 6, 5, fffffa8005b9a000}

    Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    It means BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER.

    Give us some more insight.

    Upload your MSINFO32.nfo file.

    1. Click on the start button
    2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
    3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
    4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
    5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

    Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView :

    • Download and execute Driverview
    • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
    • Edit > Select all
    • File > Save Selected Items
    • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
    • Zip the .txt file and upload it.

    The crash dumps are not very specific about which USB driver is bugging out. There may be many a reasons for it. But the first notion goes to this one:
    Code:
    ==================================================
    Driver Name       : UBHelper.sys
    Address           : 00000000`060F5000
    End Address       : 00000000`060FD000
    Size              : 0x00008000
    Load Count        : 1
    Index             : 101
    File Type         : System Driver
    Description : NTI CDROM Filter Driver
    Version           : 2.0.0.11
    Company           : NewTech Infosystems Corporation
    Product Name      : UBHelper
    Modified Date     : 05/05/2009 08:46:08
    Created Date      : 03/03/2010 07:08:42
    Filename          : C:\Windows\system32\drivers\UBHelper.sys
    File Attributes   : A
    Service Name      : UBHelper
    Service Display Name: UBHelper
    Digital Signature :
    ==================================================
    Try to update it. If there is no feasible updates, uninstall it.

    Also the Suyin USB 2.0 Webcam driver ....
    Code:
    ==================================================
    Driver Name       : snp2uvc.sys
    Address           : 00000000`08A47000
    End Address       : 00000000`08BFF000
    Size              : 0x001b8000
    Load Count        : 1
    Index             : 159
    File Type         : Driver
    Description : UVC Camera Streaming Driver
    Version           : 2.3.0.1
    Company           :
    Product Name : UVC Camera Streaming Driver
    Modified Date     : 13/01/2011 06:03:48
    Created Date      : 12/03/2014 19:14:04
    Filename          : C:\Windows\system32\DRIVERS\snp2uvc.sys
    File Attributes   : A
    Service Name      : SNP2UVC
    Service Display Name: USB2.0 PC Camera (SNP2UVC)
    Digital Signature :
    ==================================================
    Update is needed here too. But no abailable update is there in neither SUYIN nor OEM. So disabling it will be a good test.

    Lastly ....
    Code:
    ==================================================
    Driver Name       : aswKbd.sys
    Address           : 00000000`0447D000
    End Address       : 00000000`04487000
    Size              : 0x0000a000
    Load Count        : 1
    Index             : 57
    File Type         : System Driver
    Description : avast! Keyboard Filter Driver
    Version           : 9.0.2005.141
    Company           : AVAST Software
    Product Name      : avast! Antivirus
    Modified Date     : 09/03/2014 19:23:58
    Created Date      : 09/03/2014 19:24:19
    Filename          : C:\Windows\system32\drivers\aswKbd.sys
    File Attributes   : A
    Service Name      : aswKbd
    Service Display Name: aswKbd
    Digital Signature :
    ==================================================
    The keyboard filter by Avast may cause some malfunctions for a USB keyboard. But, pay attention to this one after the first two.

    Let us know the situation when done.

    Thx Arc. I am going to disable the webcam first since that was the latest driver that I updated. It was only after that the BSOD started happening. I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

    Thanks for your help, Arc. I disabled the webcam first but still had a couple of crashes. Next I removed the Avast antivirus which you had mentioned as a probable cause. Since the AV removal, I haven't had a blue screen (fingers crossed). So seems like that was the culprit. I would let you know if there is another BSOD event.

    Appreciate your help and advice!
