Can you please follow these instructions and select Kernel Memory Dump.

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

By the way when you upload dump files please upload them directly here rather than using a website to upload them then posting the link.

Ok, but we now need your system to crash again, please do whatever you normally do then upload those dump files.

    whats up doc,

The startup and recovery was already set to Kernal memory dump so I have not changed anything.

I used blue screen viewer and it says what drivers are causing the crash but I can not find how to solve them.

I will still make the pc crash a few times and get the new .dmp files if needed.

    Thanks,
    Jeff

Upload the MEMORY.DMP to something like Skydrive because the file is too big to upload.

    It's located C:/Windows/MEMORY.DMP
