BSOD problem with maxpayne 3

I get a BSOD with Maxpayne 3 right after when I go to the folder where it's installed.
In bsod it is dumping physical memory to disk and restarting.
Reinstalling dosent solve the problem.
Any help would be thanked!!

I keep getting a BSOD with a message about ks.sys. I ran sfc and it found no problems. The BSOD occurs sometimes when I unplug from power, and some times when I unplug an ipod from USB. I'm attaching a zip of the folder produced by running SF Diagnostic Tool. Thanks for your help!
