BSOD: Irql less or not equal, only when gaming

Hello,
(i am no native speaker so please excuse bad grammar)
for some time now i continue to get a blue screen with the in the title mentioned error (irql less or not equal, i think there could be a "driver" missing in the text).
That only does happen when i play games, such as Battlefield 3 and Assassins Creed 4. Both those games could make my PC go on it's limits (i play on mid-details) and i think the graphics card is some kind of weak element.
My PC is now ~ two years old, i didn't encounter any blue screens until 3 or 4 weeks ago.
My guess is, that i did not properly uninstall a driver (sound card/graphics card). Although i am not really too green when in comes to computer and software, i'm no IT guy who knows what this blue screen means and what's causing it. What i am trying to say is that i do know how to uninstall stuff and keep my computer somehow clean, so i really am wondering what's causing this blue screen.

In the attachements the is a .rar file with the dmp.info, the minidump folder and a dxdiag.txt with the exact specifications of my pc.

Thanks in advance for any helpful insights.
