If you are not a bit of computer savvy, you will be lost while trying new things. But unfortunately there is no shortcut.

About clues .... give a time to the tutorials. Read them. Those are written in such a way that computer noobs can go through those step by step. But without reading properly, you will be lost.

If you still cannot do it yourself, get it done by someone who can.

I ran the ccleaner and it's full of stuff either in the clean up part or the registry part and also a whole list of programs installed, a few I could give two cents about for example cyberdvd or whatever that crap program is called. Is there a way to copy the list to a text file and post it here in hopes that someone could tell me what all the registry entries are before I actually clean them? I would hate to clean them if they dont need to be cleaned or will damage the registry as it's supposed to be.

Most of the time registry cleaners won't do much harm, they will generally delete registries of programs that have been uninstalled. They also contain registries for the setup installation of programs that are no longer needed. However I don't like to use registry cleaners unless I really have to as they can cause more harm than good by deleting registries that are necessary for Windows to function properly.

I have to agree with Arc in that I think it's either a virus or a a hard drive issue.

You should be able to save the results as a .txt file. Isn't there a button? I've used Ccleaner before but it was a long time ago.

Here is a copy of the registry issues found while performing the scan. I don't want to click the option to clean it before I have a FOR SURE explanation of what I'm cleaning just in case. Would someone be kind enough to explain these to me. Thank you.
