You have a lot of memory references in your bugchecks. I would highly recommend running memtest86 for at least 8 passes.

What else could be the problem?

Have you tried changing the graphics driver at all? In my experience SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION is generally caused by graphics drivers.
Your graphics card driver seems fairly up to date though, how long has this problem been occurring?

    Code:
    fffff880`05a02000 fffff880`065fb000 nvlddmkm (deferred)

        Image name: nvlddmkm.sys

You can try stress testing your graphics card with Furmark. Follow these instructions.
