You have an Unknown device.
Since this is the first DM in the thread (I think), please delete the Unknown device and reboot.
Recheck the DM. Do you still have an Unknown device listed?

Uninstalled it through Device Manager and it reappeared after I rebooted

This might help you find a driver... It's FREE.
https://www.slimwareutilities.com/slimdrivers.php
Just be sure to read everything, before clicking anything.
Being free, it has tricks to get you to buy the Pro version.
But, if your careful, it works well for my Win7 PCs.

That software found me an intel driver which seems to have done the trick. Once I installed it I no longer have an unknown device in device manager now.

Also attached a dump from a BSOD I got before updating that intel driver, verifier wasn't enabled for this one though. Really hoping that driver fixes all this .

Anyway, thanks for the help so far you two

I too hope we have stemmed the tide of BSODs on your computer. Time will tell. Please, just don't install any new software of any kind, until you are sure your BSOD issues are resolved.

I agree with Gandalf but I was just looking ahead, lets see if that driver install fixed the issues first.
