Windows 7: Frequent BSOD's, ntoskrnl and usb drivers

Two more within about 3 hours of each other while playing a game. About my USB slots, my headphones are connected to my dac/amp which is one of my usb ports on the top of my case.

I don't know what's up with that usb 3.0 driver either. I've updated it a few times before trying to fix it

Your installation is counterfeit, I suggest you re-install windows with genuine media.
Make sure you backup any important files then format the hard drive.
You'll have to buy a new copy of windows and install that.

If you have any issues after that then we'll be happy to help.
