this happens at random times could be 3x a day or nothing for a few days iv attached the desktop pc zip file
if i need to give any more info just ask
im in no way a pc geek i just use it for games so i will prob need a walk through like a 4 year old to get this fixed

Can you run an IntelBurnIn test to see if it is hardware related?

But you must create a restore point before as there is always a chance that it will not work and it might cause more problems, the restore point will allow you to revert back to that point before you updated the driver.

when i try to attach the .dmp file i get the error msg "032114-6318-01.dmp:
Invalid File" in the attachment window
The reason why is because you need to copy the dump files to somewhere like the desktop, then you need to right click on them and "send to compressed zip folder".
