Sorry, are you saying it BSOD'ed during the stress test? Reset the overclock on the card back to default settings....I think this is where your problem may be lying.

You still have NVidia drivers in the system.....uninstall those completely.

Hmm, is Driver Verifier still enabled? If so please disable it by typing verifier.exe into the start menu then "delete existing settings"
Then try the test again.
Because your temperature is getting so high and it crashes fairly quickly it sounds like your video card is having issues. do you have any other graphics cards you can test? Do you have any other PCs you can test your video card on?

When I run Furmark my highest temp I've got to is 78C.

Strange since the nvstor.sys file is clearly identified in the dmp files.

Driver Reference Table - nvstor.sys

Is the NVidia card physically plugged into the motherboard?

Yes, I believe you are correct.

None-the-less, if the machine is BSOD'ing during the video card stress test, then thats where the issues lies.

Ok new BSODs. I reinstalled Windows to Win 7 Prof 64bit and I did some hardware checks. I switched harddrive to another PC (seems to work fine), then I switched also 2xGPUs, RAM ans PSU(seems to work fine). At the end I composed PC as it had been in the beginning, but with new PSU and reinstalled Windows. These new BSODs comes from this new composed PC. I fear there is problem with motherboard or CPU.

I don't think so, the problem is coming from your disk drive.
Please run a disk check by following these instructions.

Disk Check

Then please download and run SeaTools to see if your disk drive is failing.
