Seemingly random BSOD - PFN list corrupt

Hi guys, this is a new custom build, that had passed its inspections before it got to me.

First BSOD was while i was on photoshop, and subsequently lost a days work!

The second seemed to happen when i unplugged my usb internet adapter, i am hoping someone will be able to make sense of this dump file

Huge thanks if you can help me out (i have also contacted the manufacturer)

-Jon

Your attached file is just a shorcut link. Additional information is required.

1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the DM Log Collector icon image below

2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Addblock is what causes you not to see the icon......download this .exe, then follow the instructions as posted originally.
