BSO Error STOP: 0x0000007E With any Mode

    Hello,

My computer was running all fine and dandy and then recently I got a STOP: 0x0000007E BSOD with my computer and it happened a few more times. As a result I reinstalled everything from scratch and reformatted the hard drive. Starting last night I can no longer boot up my computer in any mode at all, safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with only command prompt, startup recover, or normal mode. Furthermore, I tried to reinstall my windows 7 from the CD and I got the same BSOD everytime I do. It does not specify any driver or anything, just that error message with four other hex addresses. Any ideas as to what might be broken? Thanks.

With respect to my computer specs:

    OS - Windows 7 64 Bit
    CPU - AMD A8-5600 K Trinity 3.6 Ghz
    Motherboard - ASRock FM2A75M-DGS
    Memory - G.SKILL Sniper series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Graphics Card - GeForce GTX 760
Power Supply - Corsair TX 650
One of those giant Cooler Master V8.

I can't do any of those because I can't get my computer to boot up at all in any mode.
