ntoskrln.exe BSOD (Possibly GPU related)?

So my system started failing a few weeks back. Either locking up or rebooting. Sometimes I'd get a BSOD. Sometimes I'd have serious graphical glitches. Seems to occur more when playing games, watching movies or surfing. Sometimes I can't boot at all without an immediate BSOD. Other times I can run the system fine but it freezes or slows down hugely. I seem to be able to run it in safe mode with networking no prob.

Here are some of the things I've tried in the last while:
-Re-format of C: partition and fresh install of Windows.
-Pulled all hardware components from case, cleaned and re-seated everything.
-Memtest on Ram for 5+ passes.
-Hard drive tests.
-Booted with each ram stick individually.
-Uninstalled/reinstalled drivers.
-Checked temps.

As far as I understand ntoskrln.exe is a windows program that has to do with managing memory? Ram, hard drives and GPU memory?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I tried using the DM log collector but when I run the program it says make sure to run it as administrator. When I right click and run it as administrator it still says the same thing and closes. Is it because I'm in safe mode or something?
