Error C80001FE, after installing Elder Scrolls Online.

    Hi!

So I installed ESO about 2 days ago, which was followed by boot up problems and BSOD's, which i managed to fix by running the windows boot up fix over and over again.

But now, I cant run windows update because of error C80001FE.

I have tryed running the sfc/scannow, but it gets to 1% and then just stops. I have tryed these fixes too: You receive error code 0xC80001FE when try to connect to the Windows Update Web site or to the Microsoft Update Web site to install updates
(I know they are for windows vista and older, but it was worth a try)

Anyone have any clue what might cause this?

    Welcome to SF.

Since your issues seem to have started with the installation of Elder Scrolls Online, I recommend uninstalling it. You can always reinstall it, after we fix the current issues. Of course, if uninstalling it resolves the issues, then you know what you problem is.

I do not know this program, but if it turns out to be the cause of your problems, we can look into that later.
