Random BSOD error 3b

Hi. I've been getting bsod more often recently... last time during photo editing. Could it be the graphics?

The cause appears to be related to your Avast anti virus. Please remove it and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes.

That's weird, i've used avast for years and never had any problems before. Must be some recent update then. I'll try if it does it without avast.. Thanx.
