Ok i've made 7 pass of memtest but nothing.... , then i've tried to run windows disabling the driver signature ,made some rendering all yesterday and all goes fine untill today, another random blue screen in a short lenght rendering. any hint to the next move that i can do?

I'm about to give a voice to the seller , the problem is that due to the randomness of this blue screen is hard to say if they fix it or not... it could go on endlessly

I wouldn't go to a PC shop or anything until we can confirm the cause.
Try enabling Driver Verifier again to see if a driver is at fault.
I have encountered cases myself included where 0x124 errors can be caused by drivers.

Yes i agree , i'd prefer to find the cause by myself,

When i check the drivers this time i should check also the windows one? or only the others like guide say ? thank you for the support.

Do not check Microsoft Drivers, it will not end well at all.
Make sure you don't check drivers for Microsoft, Macrovision or Unknown.
    Post back the results.
