    Well for now lets just see how it goes without Alchohol.
    Unfortunately we can't do anything about corrupt files.
    Post back the results.

    Another BSOD 0x00000e1...

    No alcohol, I've found a Blue screen viewer (.doc) is this what you talk when you say that the dump file is empty?

    should I get parameters 1,2,3 or 4 with the bugcheck code?

    the dump files are in this directory:
    C:/Windows/minidump
    That bluescreen document is from whocrashed or bluescreen view. That is not necessary.

    I know where are the dump file, but what I need to know is how and with why I can read the dump files so I can check it out myself if they are empty/corrupt or not. Because sending you empty/corrupt files don't help me out and we are juste wasting our time.

    My goal is to offer you a good dumpfile which will give you usefull information... And why all the dumpfiles are empty or corrupted with a 0x000000e1 or d1... By the way I've done a checkdisk and did'nt saw any errors, can we view a log to confirm that?

    In a second way, is there someone (or youself) in these forum who can suggest me a good monitoring software to checkout the hardware and of course, who can interprate the results.

    And finally, I've run a check with CCleaner and it found some errors, I did'nt applied any corrections... Should I run a scan a correct all the errors with confidence? Is this software is good enough to let it correct errors with that assurance it will not create another problems?

    Same thing about scf, should I run it or not?

    Thanks in advance for your answers...

    Right, something else is causing problems which also cannot be identified.

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    BugCheck 1E, {0, 0, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( ANALYSIS_INCONCLUSIVE )

    Is driver verifier still not creating dump files or have you turned it off?

    I don't completely understand what you mean about checking the hardware, as in temperature?
    If you mean temperature then I recommend downloading Hwmonitor, download it here

    HWMonitor CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

    Anyway, I think it's time for some hardware tests

    Test your CPU by running Prime95, follow these instructions.
    Make sure you run it for around 2 hours.

    Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

    Test your GPU by running Furmark, follow these instructions.

    Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

    Lastly test to see if your HDD is failing by downloading and running SeaTools. Follow these instructions.

    SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use

    If all tests pass or meet the criteria in the instructions then I recommend removing Avast as I've know that cause problems, install Microsoft Security Essentials instead.
    Download it here.

    Well that means the hard drive isn't faulty.
    Proceed with the other tests.

    Ran Prime 95 for two hours and I got a 0x1e, the results were OK and the system temp was stable at 44C, so as I did not get any errors I suppose that I can exclude the CPU too right? I got BSOD in idle mode anyway... I don't think that the one I've just go was due to Prime95... I've sent you the minidump...

    So now I think that we should investigate why there is no parameters with the crash code... What do you think about it?

    I will now remove Avast and install Microsoft Ess...

    Here was the results of Prime95:

    I honestly don't know, there's literally no information in the crash dumps.
    Yes the CPU is out of the way I think.
    Does it only ever crash when idle?
