Random BSOD's mostly related to ntoskernel.exe

Hi, I have custom built Win 7 ultimate 64 bit OS system.
Below are my spec:
CPU - AMD FX 8350
MB- ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
GPU - SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 7850
RAM - 1X GSKILL 4GB, 1X CORSAIR 4GB
HDD- WD BLUE 1TB

I have been getting BSOD's since 6 months now. They will happen for like 4-5 times and then stop. Sometimes they happen more frequently. I tried formatting my system updating drivers(Except for BIOS, pretty scared to do that). Also ran defragment on all the drives and disk check, found no errors. I have attached the zip file as asked by the BSOD posting instruction post, kindly look into it and help me out as they have become irritating now and I have no idea what to do.

Can you try running memtest86 to see if your RAM is failing.
Follow these instructions.

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Code:
*******************************************************************************
*                                                                             *
*                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
*                                                                             *
*******************************************************************************

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

I ran memtst for 4.5 passes without any error before it got interrupted due to power outage. I didn't face any errors till then. I will be running it again tonight if necessary. But i think it's not related to RAM. Is there anything else I should do?

Well run memtest86 first, lets get failing RAM out of the question.

Right, now I would recommend running Driver Verifier to see if it picks up any driver issues.
Please follow these instructions.

Ok, it seems we have hit the spot. Today while playing dota 2 my system display went weirdie and got stuck with loud weird noise. So I restarted the system but was unable to login as same thing kept happening, so i went into safe mode switched verifier.exe off. After that i did got 4-5 BSOD's. DO make note i didnt get any BSOD"s till i switched off verifier.exe just system crashes. So what should i do next?

Upload those dump files first, lets see if we can pick anything else off.

It looks like a network driver is causing issues. It's a long shot but you can try updating your network drivers via device manager and clicking update driver.

Make sure you create a restore point before altering drivers

I have been dealing with very random BSOD's since 6 months after getting my computer. The computer is almost 2 years old now.
