Can you please enable Driver Verifier by following these instructions.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

But can you select the Special Pool option by selecting individual settings from a list.

Can you please take a screenshot of your programs installed via control panel.
It's a long shot but Driver Verifier isn't picking up the driver responsible.

There isn't really anything suspicious in your programs, however I would remove the 2 programs by Via Technologies.

Is the special pool option enabled?
I think we might have to wait and see if anything else comes up, I'll keep thinking.
I might have to get some help on this if something doesn't show up soon.

I think a network driver is causing issues but it cannot be identified.

Do you know what network drivers/adapters you are using?

If you haven't already can you please download and run SeaTools to see if your disk drive is failing.
Follow these instructions.

My network adapter is Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.

I am downloading seatools now, should i do a long generic test?

Yes just perform the long generic test.

Post the results.

What is the exact model of your network adapter because your msinfo32.nfo file doesn't help as it says the model is RTL8167 but I can't find that model on the Realtek website.
