    The folder is still empty, are you running it as Administrator?

    Check in C:/Windows/minidump for any new dump files.

    Yeah im running as Admin, and the folder has new files. Ill try posting them once more.

    2 old dump files from the 20th of April.
    Just copy those new dump files to the desktop and upload them in a zip folder.

    Can you change your dump files to Kernel Memory Dump.
    Follow these instructions.

    Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

    You need to upload the dump file created from C:/Windows/memory.dmp to a program like OneDrive then post the link here as the dump file is too large to upload directly.

    Ok i have followed your instructions, once i get another BSOD i will upload the file to onedrive and post it here.

    I thought i would give the DM collector another try while i wait, hopefully it works this time.
