Ok sadly I find myself back here with yet another bluescreen the same 0x3b as before, but me being me I pressed the restart button again on my computer before the physical memory was finished. I dont know why I keep hitting restart I just dont like the the audio sticking noise :\ Anyway I will wait it out for another bluescreen and be patient when it does happen.

Is there any chance I can make it so my internet does not go extremely slow, some pages fail to load and others dont even load properly and my next bluescreen could be in a week so it would be rather annoying to have to deal with that. I am also in to online gaming and some games like battlefield need to be ran from the internet browser first so thats another downside.

I don't know for sure but it could be your network drivers.
Try updating them through device manager.

Burnsey, your Windows Ultimate appears to be counterfeit. The Key is an OEM_SLP key registered to Lenovo and is installed on a retail version of an Asus Motherboard.

Additionally,

Counterfeit installations such as yours contained heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine Windows 7. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them
