BSOD Randomly. Dell replaced HDD (?) did clean install and its back.

    Hey everyone.

A little back story. I previously have had a continuous issue with this for the past 6 or so months. Generally get the BSOD after the laptop has been running for a few hours but sometimes more quickly. Dell decided it must be the hard drive and they replaced (they didn't give me any reasoning... they tend to just throw parts at you until something works) it. Obviously started with a fresh version of Windows 7 Home 64. Anyway it's been a week or so and today I got another BSOD. Didn't install anything today but there have been a number of automatic windows updates recently.

Programs that I would assume may be an issue after reading other threads: BitDefender , utorrent , and maybe my network adapter drivers?

I didn't want to start messing with anything just in case my issue is different from what I've seen with others. I'm really not tech-savvy at all.

I followed option #1 on the BSOD Posting Sticky. I hope I did it correctly, if not I will do my best to remedy any misstep quickly.

Huge thanks and respect to anyone who takes the time to help me out, it's greatly appreciated, I will pay it forward in some way or another.

BitDefender contributes to BSOD's. Please remove it for testing purpose. Use Microsoft Security Essentials.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other security software:

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

    Malwarebytes - Free

Good and Free system security combination.

Run Disk Check on your Hard Drive(s): Disk Check

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable!:-
