Hi Guys,

I'm receiving continuously: "A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated.

Technical Information:

Computer details

Notebook: Sony SVE14121CLB
Windows 7 Professional 64 bits with SP1
HDD: 250 GB

Technical Background:

1 - OS original in this notebook was Windows 8 where the message error happened a lot times
2 - No hardware installed
3 - We did downgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 7 and the message errors happens again ...
4 - I ran a lot Antivirus / AntiSpyware tools and not infected
5 - I ran with often MEMTEST and no errors
6 - All drivers are installed correctly

Post a screenshot of your Hard Drive(s) using Crystal Disk Info software:Run a Hard Drive test:Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:Scan with Kaspersky TDSSKiller:ESET online scanner: Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:Reduce items at start-up:Perform a clean boot: Post back results.

Windows seven - BSOD stop 0x000000f4
After a normale use of my pc I shoutdown it. After I start it but,after win logo i saw mouse pointer for 1 second and immediatly a bsod STOP 0x000000F4 I didn't make configuration change or software install. I cant find minidump in c:\windows\minidump but a Memory.dmp 255MB file in c:\windows....
