Upgrade this driver:

fffff880`052b6000 fffff880`054fa000 netr28x T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: netr28x.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\netr28x.sys
    Image name: netr28x.sys
    Timestamp: Tue Nov 27 19:32:10 2012 (50B5699A)
    CheckSum: 00248CC2

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
The driver is attempting to access paged memory while at dispatch level, which isn't allowed.
