Thanks again for all your help!
Any idea what happened? Did I just somehow manage to screw up the uninstall?

You have got the desired result there. Now your SATA AHCI controller is msahci.sys .... which is the system native driver that never fails. So I would say that the uninstall has gone right.

The problematic element is now removed. Now give a time on observation. Let us know if any issue occurs again.

It still indicating to a storage failure. But you said earlier that Seatools did not find any issue there.

According to Carrona.org: STOP 0x0000007A: KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR
Usual causes: Memory, Paging file corruption, File system, Hard drive, Cabling, Virus infection, Improperly seated cards, BIOS, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack

I striked out the items non-applicable. Test all the others. I think you cannot change cablings etc for a laptop?

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.
And Run Seatools again ....
