Do you see the bios splash screen?
Did you ever enter BIOS before, so you know how to do it?
Do you see the win7 animated welcome screen (prior to logon)?

Do you see a blinking text cursor on the black screen? (most likely on top left of screen)
    Mouse pointer?

    Or really..... nothing at all?

yes I know and am familiar with boot options and getting in to bios granted this is a newer computer however this is all the things I tried.
    1. power f8 2. esc then f2 3. f9-f12 4. control alt delete 5. I used windows 7 repair disk 6. holding power for 60 seconds 7. removed hard drive just to see if it would boot from cd kinda shot in the dark. and absolutely no response at all
when I turn power button on absolutely nothing comes up at all no splash screen no cursor nothing at all just straight black I didn't drop computer got a virus and it shut down and went black and stayed that way oh also I tried hooking up separate monitor and got no signal also shot in the dark

Really no way to enter the bios?
    Hard disk is spinning?

Normally you see a BIOS splash screen?
