Computer Crashing VIDEO_TDR_ERROR in nvlddmkm.sys

My laptop continues to crash even after I've updated the display driver. I don't know if it is relevant, but I don't usually get a blue screen, instead the monitor goes black and if any audio is playing it becomes distorted (slowed down and "buzzing").

I'm including the crash report and my laptop's information.

Edit: You could just tell me that none of you know what's going on.
Edit2: Sorry. I can see how that edit could be read as an insult. It wasn't meant to be. My fault. I only read the general posting instructions and forgot to read the specific thread for this sub-forum.

We don't know whats going on because you haven't read the posting instructions properly, and supplied the relevant files. Lets try again.

Additional information is required.

1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

DM Log Collector.exe

2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

The zip should contain several other files that help analyse the dmp files - please re-run the tool to include those.

Well...

So, I ran the tool again and "SFdebugFiles" was made on the desktop and was not zipped. This happened the first time so I'm just going to manually zip them. If that's not right let me know. Thanks.

Edit: Well, a new driver update came out. Guess I'll try that before I go look up the proper etiquette for posting if my problem isn't solved.

I don't want to set the world on fire
