    Additional information is required.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Unfortunately the file contents are incomplete...we are missing several files. Try running the tool as administrator (save it to desktop and right-click to choose 'Run as Administrator'). Wait for it to finish...it will prompt you once it has done that.

    It's still incomplete.
Make sure you wait for a message to pop up saying upload the zip file to seven forums.

It never pops up saying to upload to seven forum.

All it says at the end is:

    The file collector has finished.

All files have been collected and are in a zipped folder on your desktop ready for you to upload to the forum.

Press any key to continue . . .

When I press any key it just goes away and the file is now saved to my desktop..

I downloaded SF Diagnostic Tool and ran it as an admin and uploaded the file.. I hope this helps.

I advise a few hardware tests.

    Memtest86 will test your RAM

       Information

Run Memtest86 for at least 8 passes so we get enough information to confirm that your RAM isn't failing

Run a Disk Check to scan for errors

       Note

Afterwards go into an Elevated Command Prompt (Run as administrator) and type in sfc /scannow
If it finds errors reboot and run the scan two more times

Run SeaTools to see if your HDD or SSD is failing

    Post back the results.

I ran 8 passes and did not have any errors with Memtest86.

I ran Disk Check and did not have any errors.

I ran sfc /scannow with Command Prompt as an Administrator and did not have any errors.

I could NOT get SeaToolsDOS to work properly but I was able to use SeaTools for Windows but I was only able to run them one at a time and without any issues or errors.
