Seems that there isn't any dump files that we need to better analyze your problem.

Follow Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD so we can get those files.

Hi Gamer
Thanks for your reply. I have followed the link as you ask, but am a little confused as to which or all of the .dmp files you want me to set?
I followed from Option 1, but the settings were already checked for system failure?
I had a further two BSOD this week. Ive searched the c drive for 'memory.dmp' (nothing is found) and *.dmp (loads of files listed). Would the temperature of the laptop have any significance? It appears very warm on the left hand side, where the fan runs. The fan is also quite noisy and runs most of the time the lap top is on?
I have a Dell Log File, would that help at all?

I think the zip file I attached has dump files for April. I have had another couple of BLOD's since. The laptop does seem to be running quite hot, could this be the problem? Also I did a disk check and it shows damaged or corrupted areas on the hard drive. If the hard drive needs replacing, is it worth replacing the hard drive bearing in mind the laptop is only 3 years old and I paid just over 1,000?

Thanks for all your help, it's really appreciated

Hi Gamer
No problem. As you said in your pm you are very tied up at the moment and I totally understand. I have attached the latest bsod dump files that I can find, they are becoming a too regualr occurence.

I have also been able to do a disk check with a dell process and the CBS log is attached. I noticed the file that is corrupt is the autochk.exe ? Hope these help !

Whilst HonorGamer is not here I'll try and be of assistance, now these dump files you are uploading have breakpoints set in them.
Now I can't say I'm familiar with them so I suggest following these instructions to set your dump files to Kernel Memory Dumps.

Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Once another BSOD has occured upload the dump file located in C:/Windows/memory.dmp then upload it to OneDrive, once uploaded post the download link in your next reply.

Upload the list of all the third party drivers Using NirSoft DriverView:
  • Download and execute Driverview
  • View > Hide Microsoft Drivers
  • Edit > Select all
  • File > Save Selected Items
  • In the Save dialog, Set the path to desktop, Put "Driverview" in the name field, and save.
  • Zip the .txt file and upload it.

Lastly, upload your msinfo32.exe file,
to do so follow these simple instructions:
  1. Go to Start
  2. Type 'msinfo32.exe' without quotation marks
  3. Then click File > Save
  4. Save it to the desktop then compress it in a zip folder.
  5. Upload that folder in your next reply.
