You are getting network issues but the driver can't be identified, please enable Driver Verifier by following these instructions.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Before enabling Driver Verifier can you please create a restore point because verifier can sometimes stop the system booting, even in safe mode.

    System Restore Point - Create

    Code:

    Welcome to the forum kubzphan99,

Please remove Panda Cloud Antivirus from your system.
    Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Panda Cloud Antivirus	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Panda Cloud Antivirus	Public
Recommended antivirus program for Windows 7 based on stability compared to others:-

Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

    Reduce items at start-up:

    Perform a clean boot:

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

    Scan with Kaspersky TDSSKiller:

    ESET online scanner:

Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows you to remove leftover registry:-

    Keep us posted. Good luck.
