Try freeing the startup.
  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.

Right, because we can't get the dump files let's take a different approach.

First of all you should uninstall Daemon Tools completely as it contributes a lot to BSODs.

Code:
Start Menu\Programs\DAEMON Tools Lite
Secondly, for testing purposes please remove Avira Anti virus and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials.

Post back the results.

Make sure you disable Driver Verifier first.

Ok verifier switched off, Avira uninstalled and MSE installed. I uninstalled Daemon tools as well. So now i just use pc as usual and let you know should i have another BSOD?
