    Hi phant0m2012.

The BSODs are caused by TOSHIBA DIB7700 based TV tuner device.
    (c:\windows\system32\drivers\dvb7700all.sys)
    Code:
                Args: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000
    >[ 16, 2] 0 0 fffffa80063511f0 00000000 00000000-00000000
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\dvb7700all.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for dvb7700all.sys

                Args: 00000000 00000000 00000000 00000000
The tuner is actually a YUAN DVB-T/Analog Hybried TV Tuner, but TOSHIBA OEM. And, Toshiba does not have any driver for that device that can work with Windows 7. Have a look here: Support :: Toshiba :: Computers, Laptops/Notebooks, Tablets, Televisions, DVD and Blu-Ray Players, Camcorders, Storage, Accessories, and more

    Attachment 315524

In this situation, it will be the best for you to disable the device.

May be the 32 bit driver worked good there. As a final test, you may get the 64 bit driver from Support :: Toshiba :: Computers, Laptops/Notebooks, Tablets, Televisions, DVD and Blu-Ray Players, Camcorders, Storage, Accessories, and more

Though it is for vista, but if it works, it will be good.
