Your realtek high definition audio driver is being flagged,

Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\MBfilt64.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for MBfilt64.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for MBfilt64.sys
Probably caused by : MBfilt64.sys ( MBfilt64+1817 )

Followup: MachineOwner
Driver Reference Table - MBfilt64.sys

It's from 2009,

Code:
Loaded symbol image file: MBfilt64.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\MBfilt64.sys
    Image name: MBfilt64.sys
    Timestamp: Thu Jul 30 20:40:32 2009 (4A7267B0)
    CheckSum: 0000FF02
    ImageSize: 0000E000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
There's a newer one available here,

MSI Global B75A-G43 64

I also see Daemon tools installed, that is known to cause problems,

Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause of BSOD's.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools.
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
- Double click the executable to open it
- Click the button shown below

If the button it is grayed out, as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can just close the window.

For step two remove Daemon tools lite, I see it in your startup programs.

It is a known trouble maker, so it's best to get rid of it right now.

Hihi, I have uninstalled it but I don't get the gray out part. I have uploaded an image, do you mean I have to open the installer and see if the STPD is unchecked?

That's the wrong one, scroll down to the SPTD x64 button,

x.x System just froze again when I finished up installing the realtek HD so I just forced a restart.

Can you teach me where you found the info on MBfilt64?

Do you still have driver verifier enabled?

Disable it if you do,

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

I found that info on the driver using windbg.

Hihi, verifier was already turned off before the freeze happened.
