Can you update your logitech drivers.
Update them here.

Logitech Support - Downloads, Manuals, FAQs & More

Can you also remove Trend Micro Internet Security and replace it with MSE (for testing purposes)

I recommend you to also install Malwarebytes.

Make sure you don't enable the Malwarebytes pro trial.

My Logitech drivers are already the latest, just downloaded and installed them last week.

Yes I have been meaning to reinstall MBAM just haven't had a chance to yet.

Meanwhile yet another BSOD about 5:30 this morning. It's getting to be a daily occurrence, thankfully not during the day while I'm working. It's always while the machine is logged off. It almost seems like it concurs within an hour after Windows Update checking for updates. Yesterday it checked around 3:20 AM and the BSOD occurred at 4:02. Today WU checked at 5:19 AM and then the BSOD happened at 5:35.

I do appreciate everyone's help in trying to figure this out.

Can you run Driver View again. You're still getting bugchecks from a USB device. What devices are plugged in when it BSODs?

Current USB devices are the Logitech keyboard/mouse receiver, the power for my Dell speakers, and one thumb drive that I just started using to keep personal files on at the office instead of on my work computer's HDD.

No BSOD last night, so that's good. But who knows if it's because of something I did yesterday or not. I need to be going back to Trend Micro soon, though, as that's what my company has paid for to use on all office machines and server.

You still have Trend Micro installed. You should uninstall it if you get any more BSODs.
Do you have a spare mouse you can try?
If so remove all Logitech mouse drivers before.
Only do the following if more BSODs occur.

Super busy on deadlines this week so I'll try your suggestions as soon as I can.

I worked remotely via RDP into my workstation on Saturday and Sunday, and yesterday when I connected it showed it had BSOD'd around 1 AM Sunday morning.

So last night I was working remotely from home, connected to my workstation, when it booted me off around 11 PM. Couldn't connect back in. This morning I came in to see my screens saying "Keyboard failure, F1 for setup or F2 to load current settings" or some such language. When I left last night I had no USB devices connected other than the Dell speakers. No keyboard/mouse, and no USB flash drives.

Super frustrating as I'm trying to make a deadline today.

Your broadcom NetLink Gigabit Ethernet driver is causing issues.
Try updating it here

It dates back nearly over a year so an update should help.

Can you roll back your graphics driver a couple of versions, I know I asked you to update it but these latest versions can cause issues.

As for rolling back the graphics driver you have 2 options really...
Roll back using the device manager.

Or remove all AMD software and re-install using a previous version.
