I can ask someone for some recommendations.
I will do that after the BSOD problems have been fixed.
I'm not forcing you to uninstall it but it's a clear sign that it's causing issues.

alright i uninstalled the program.
Just wait for another crash then upload the zip folder.
If it fixes the issue then mark the thread as solved, when the issue has been solved I can request somebody who can recommend a good CD burning software.

unfortunately it restarted in the middle of the night again. (attachment below)
i checked the event logs as well, if this helps anything.
You still have the CD-ROM Class Filter Driver by Gear Software installed.
You need to remove it as it is causing issues.
i went into programs/ uninstall and its not there anymore. how else should i delete it?
Look in your C: drive and check program files for the software that you use.
