I tested each stick of RAM individually and both passed 15 times with 0 errors. What do the files I attached say is the probable cause?

Also, is there a way that I can check my drivers to see if they are all functioning properly?

I have asked for additional help on the dmp files as I will be gone for a few days while I rebuild my own machine. Someone should be along shortly to look at the files.

That last dump you uploaded is from the 4th, and is part of the same ones in your first post.

Are you letting the tool finish before uploading? There should be more info in the zip.

Anyway there are a few dumps that are pointing to your graphics driver,

Code:
BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff8801119fdbb, fffff88004fcb228, fffff88004fcaa80}

Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+c7dbb )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
You can try rolling back to a different driver,

Previous AMD Catalyst? Display Drivers

My Recommendation is to:

Quote:
Uninstall your installed latest version of the display driver.
Then clean up any possible leftover.
You can try the 13.12 but the 13.9 was being recommended when that was seen to be causing problems.

I actually made another thread on that about getting error 0x3b. Arc told me to do that but when I downloaded 13.9, my computer wasn't recognizing my graphics card and it only showed "Standard vga adpater" in device manager. I tried redownloading it like 3 times but the issue still persisted.

Just today, when I turned on my computer, I got 2 messages on my screen:

Message 1: Microsoft security client - An error has occured in the program during initialization. If this problem continues, please contact your system admin. ERROR CODE 0x80040154

Message 2: Werfault.exe Application error - The instruction at 0x77a64bab referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be written. CLick on OK to terminate the program

After these messages, after I tried closing them out or clicking ok, more kept popping up an eventually the screen just like froze and nothing I clicked on did anything and I had to hold the power button to shut it down.
I included these in case they might help towards finding the issue. I now believe that something seriously is wrong with my computer..

I know you said your ram passed memtest86+, just curious about that statement above.

Are you having problems with windows update?

Can you also run this tool again and upload all the data when it finishes,

Additional information is required.

1. Download this file to your desktop or other convenient location,
download

2. Double click on the file to run it.

3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

OK, I just went through the last four dumps, they are the only newer ones from your previous uploads,

Three of the four are blaming the same display driver, did you try the clean install method? Did you try any other driver?

Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys
 atikmdag+0x82d4d
Code:
Loaded symbol image file: atikmdag.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\atikmdag.sys
    Image name: atikmdag.sys
    Timestamp: Thu Apr 17 19:13:16 2014 (53508A3C)
    CheckSum: 00EAEEE6
    ImageSize: 00F10000
    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4

One of them pointed to your ethernet driver as well as the display driver.

Code:
 Loaded symbol image file: Rt64win7.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys
    Image name: Rt64win7.sys
    Timestamp: Wed Dec 26 09:17:50 2012 (50DB313E)
    CheckSum: 000CDEEE

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
You could see if there is an updated version.

What about my questions above? Why did you ask about errors in memtest?

The fourth dump was pointing to memory corruption.

Code:
BugCheck 50, {fffff6a980230010, 0, fffff80002efa401, 5}

Could not read faulting driver name
Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiDispatchFault+d1 )

Are you having trouble with windows update?

Try running this and report back the results,

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Are you following the methods in this tutorial for memtest? The only difference being we recommend 8 passes,

information   Information
MemTest86+

Run a minimum of 8 passes, preferably overnight, or until errors occur using MemTest86+.

Use this tutorial to help you use MemTest86+:
RAM - Test with MemTest86+

Posting a camera snap of the results of the finished memtest86+ would be helpful.

Regarding the graphics driver, by clean install method do you mean uninstalling the current one and then cleaning out the leftover files? If so, I already tried that. When I posted the other thread, I was using 13.12 and it gave me issues. I tried downgrading to 13.9 but when I did, my computer didn't recognize my graphics card. Then, 14.4 came out and I decided to try it out.

For memtest, I used a usb stick and and followed the installer setup. Then, I restarted but I did have the issue of memtest not automatically loading. I changed the settings in the bios to boot from the usb but still, it would proceed to the windows loading screen and then boot up. Basically, memtest never booted up automatically when I turned my pc on. It somehow worked when I was pressing del or f2. The results of memtest seemed normal and under "errors" there were 0. AND I asked about if memtest stored the errors somewhere because I remember one time when I was looking through the configuration settings and soehow changed the test selection to 1 (I had choices 1-11) I remember seeing some errors go across the screen. But I am not sure if that was because I messed up some settings.

Sfc /scannow didn't find any errors either

Also, I have been getting this problem: clicking on programs (ex: chrome, start menu) doesn't do anything and then all the icons and the task bar dissapear and the whole screen is just my background, but I can still move my mouse. The only way to get out is the force shut down by holding power button

Well I can only point out what the dumps are flagging, if you would just humor me and try a fresh clean install of the driver,

Desktop

I'm not really a hardware guy but maybe mohave can comment on whether your PSU is sufficient for that card.

As for the MSE error you got earlier, have you tried uninstalling and a fresh install of that?
