BSOD while playing games "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT"

Hello everyone. I recently built a computer two weeks back and have tried some games including FarCry3, Fifa14, and Metro Last light. From day one, while playing games the pc occasionally either gives a BSOD or just reboots.

The BSOD is always 'CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT' A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor.

Kindly help what might be the issue.

My PC Specs.

CPU- FX6300
MOBO-Gigabyte GA-970a-DS3P
GPU- Sapphire R9 270x Dual-x
PSU- Corsair CX600
RAM- 4x2 Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB, total 8GB
CPU Cooler-Hyper 212 Evo.
HDD- 1tb Seagate Barracuda.

I have attached the latest minidumps.

Thanks in advance.

Huzaifa

Can you remove your CPUZ program, it appears to be causing some issues.

I also noticed the passmark driver appears to be unloading a lot of times.
Please remove it.

Code:
fffff880`07afd000 fffff880`07b6e000 spsys.sys
fffff880`07af3000 fffff880`07afd000 DirectIo64.s
fffff880`07ae9000 fffff880`07af3000 DirectIo64.s
fffff880`07adf000 fffff880`07ae9000 DirectIo64.s
fffff880`01907000 fffff880`01915000 crashdmp.sys
fffff880`01915000 fffff880`01921000 dump_ataport
fffff880`01921000 fffff880`0192a000 dump_atapi.s
fffff880`0192a000 fffff880`0193d000 dump_dumpfve
More information is required.

Run the program as Administrator then upload the zip file that will be created on your desktop.

To properly analyse 0x101 bugchecks we need to change the dump file configuration.

Please follow these instructions Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Choose Kernel Memory Dump.

Afterwards when you next blue screen you will have to grab the dump file from C:/Windows/memory.dmp and upload it to a website (OneDrive is preferred) then post the link here.

Hello, thanks for the reply.

As said I removed CPUZ and the Passmark driver.

Also, I stressed tested the CPU and GPU with BurnInTest and both the tests passed. But while stress testing the RAMs with the same software, I get the same BSOD within 10mins. I tried strees testing both RAM stick individually also and same result. Then I borrow one of the RAM stick from my friend and same result.

Also, I have attached the required file you asked. I will upload the Kernel Dump file as soon as I experience the BSOD.
