If you're still running it, stop the test. It's way too hot.

I did, the initial BSOD error code is 124 which I believe is caused from CPU problems

124 is a general hardware fault that always blames the CPU. But, it only really means the CPU detected a hardware fault, which could have been from anything. After you set it back to defaults, you didn't get an error did you?

Sskylines? When was the last time you removed your CPU heatsink? Even if you have removed and re-seated the heatsink recently, it may not have seated correctly on the processor. Do you know what type of thermal paste it has on it?

I don't see how all of this can tie back to CPU issues, I've had BSODs from merely browsing the internet or restarting my PC (not high cpu activity actions). I used the thermal compound from the Hyper 212 case and built this PC in March and haven't reseated it since then. I set my CPU settings to normal (disabled overclock entirely) and will post if I encounter anymore problems; I've disabled the overclock and attempted to see if that remedied the situation a few months back with no avail.

Still getting these squares and got this blue-green screen when I booted up today. It's gotten exponentially worse since those squares started showing up and I don't know what's caused it.

sskylines, when you ran Prime95 for an hour, did you get any errors? Did you get a BSOD, or a core shutting down or programs quit working or anything like that? Prime is a CPU stability test and some of the ram.

When you ran it for an hour, was your CPU at stock? I know it was overclocked the first times you had crashes and freezing.
