Hello and welcome granitepeaker I don't know much about the dump files mate but there are a few things you can do for starters in safe mode if necessary.

I did say I was not much good with the dump files so can you lease run those scans if only to eliminate any problems in those directions

The bump because I've already tried all the obvious things that you posted and am hoping someone deciphers the results from my attached file.

The very first post I made had the zip file attached. Says 5 people have viewed it. The whole reason of this post was for someone to view the zip file and read me the results.

Ok mate well I might leave it to them then as I did say I was not much good with those files - good luck! I suggested some elimination stuff thats all.

There aren't any .dmp file in your attachment. These are required to analyse the BSOD.

Follow these steps:
Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Then, when the system next BSOD's, follow this:

1. Download this file to your desktop or other convenient location,

Download

2. Double click on the file to run it.

3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Darn, I followed that instruction page the first time. On the windows 7 machine it wouldn't let me choose a complete dump, so I used kernel memory dump. I guess I will have to try it again.
