error leaving PC on overnight - Random!

My PC gets a blue screen of death overnights only when it is not being used. I have overclocked my GPU but it has been overclocked for a while and it never use to reboot overnight. Last night I got the BSOD at around 3am.

I recently started running Folding@Home - I would like to continue to run Folding@home and would like to fix whatever is causing this issue

thanks in advance

Hi there,

There aren't any .dmp file in your attachment. These are required to analyse the BSOD.

Follow these steps:
Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Then, when the system next BSOD's, follow this:

1. Download this file to your desktop or other convenient location,
download

2. Double click on the file to run it.

3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

If you are using any cleaning programs, stop using them for now they will delete the dump files.

Mafia when you update a post Derek will not get a notice you have posted.
He should see this post and get back to you when he can.

There still aren't any dump files in there.

I'm guessing you have your video card overclocked for the various mining operations you have going?

Can you fill in your system specs,

System Info - See Your System Specs

Until there is a dump to look at, it's hard to diagnose, but there are a lot of errors related to Folding at home, prime miner, cgminer, bfg miner, various other miners.

Try lightening the load on your computer for now.

Random BSODs overnight aswell as after running the WEI
Hi. For the past year I've been randomly waking up to my logon screen, and once I log on it says that " Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown ", and I remember seeing somewhere that it was because the video driver failed? I've recently updated to the most recent video driver and it...

BSoD after a few hours of leaving computer on (seemingly random)
Hi, so yeah, random BSoD's started happening to me yesterday while I was in game (GW2). I've played this game for a long time daily and no problems, after trying to debug the issue to the game noticed it crashed outside of the game as well (afaik haven't installed anything new recently before the...

Random BSOD's on new Windows 7 install, even when left overnight
New computer, I had just re-installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64, and I'm receiving random BSOD's (both Page_Fault_in_nonpaged_area & Memory_management) errors, which requires me to restart. Was having BSOD's previously, which prompted me to try re-installing Windows from scratch. It seems to happen...

Leaving the computer overnight
I wanna know what will happen if I leave this computer overnight. It's been working since this morning and I want to leave it overnight for a project I'm rendering currently. Will anything overheat? I don't have a cooling system.
