Windows 7: BSOD-> ->Startup recovery failure

I will answer to myself
maybe, just MAYBE, this was beause my BIOS somehow crashed, switching to IDE mode
I noticed it accidentially, but I am sure that I had a proper AHCII mode when first installing on SSD

strangely, BIOS reverted only that point, keeping others intact
