BSODs while playing Guild Wars 2, usually

A bit of background about the PC. It is a hand-me-down from my brother who had overclocked the cpu for around two years before giving it to me. He suspects it might be the cpu/motherboard dying. It is currently not overclocked and temperatures are low (around 45-60s), even during gaming sessions. I had started getting BSODs a couple of months ago (usually playing Guild Wars 2), so I reformatted a week ago.

However, I got another BSOD and just yesterday, got a Machine Check Exception. I ran a chkdsk and here is the short version of what I got:

Update all audio interface drivers - follow links in above link

I suspect a USB device is also causing problems, but I can't identify it....please list all USB devices used.

Lastly, I recommend running a CPU and HDD check, using these links:

I've updated the drivers and installed all available updates.

From running IntelBurn, stable at Standard and High.
From Seatools, passed the Short Generic and Short Drive Self Test.
Also ran Heaven Benchmark and it passed.

For USBs plugged in:
Logitech Mouse
Cruzer Micro (Ready Boost)
RTL8191S WLAN Adapter

Over the past couple of days, I received two more crashes. I'm thinking it's linked to the increase in temperature (currently experiencing a heatwave again), except the temperature inside the tower is still around 50s.
