ASRock packages are bloatware, remove all ASrock utilities.

FNet Turbo HDD USB Driver is causing issues.

Use Revo Uninstaller to software that can cling to your computer. Use Advanced Mode to remove leftover registry entries:

Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

I also don't recommend using AVG, I would uninstall it.
Use AVG's removal tool to remove all AVG files

You also have a lot of programs on your start up, I recommend removing them from your start so your computer will run a bit quicker and cause less conflicts.

Okay so I've uninstalled some startup programs Im not using and all of the Asrock programs. Is the FNet Turbo HDD USB Driver included in the asrock programs? If it isn't I can't find it on my programs list.

It's part of 3 know packages, can you visit these links and see if any of the following are installed?

FNet Corporation -

ASRock XFast USB

If you have any of them then remove the software packages.
